Dr. Evans Kidero's customized plates
Kenyan governors have now received customized number plates for their official vehicles. The plates are in the format GVNO followed by the county number. Since Nairobi is county number 47 in the constitution, for instance, the governor Dr. Kidero's plates are GVNO47A. Check out some photos below.
